If this real estate site is so good, why is it so inexpensive?

    After winning the Florida Realtor Magazine's Best Agent Site competition we received a ton of emails from agents who wanted a site just like the winning site: www.buyerbroker.com. The agent was excited to have a great site and we were excited at the prospect of creating a new website, but then a pattern began to develop... When we quoted the price for a comparable site: $7000, we never heard from the agents again! Dead air. El Silencio. Birds chirping off in the distance...

    Well, being the quick studies that we are here at Lawton Paul Design, after about the 28th email, 7k quote, dead silence routine, we knew something had to change! That's when we decided to create a real estate site with all the "bells and whistles" based on the award winning site, yet that was affordable by new agents as well as seasoned pros. What is "hosting and maintenance"?

    Hosting: Every web site on the internet is just a collection of images and text documents sitting in a server computer's hard drive. A server computer is also called a "host" computer. If you don't have "hosting" then your site cannot be seen on the internet.

    Maintenance: Any time you need me, your web designer, to change a phone number, address, or make any text based change to your site, I'll do it promptly with no extra charge.

What if I want custom graphics added or altered?

    Custom graphic creation and changes to current graphics are $75 per hour. Please let me know what you are thinking about. I may already have a solution.
